Terms of Service

What this is
CLIX CRM is software provided on subscription to real estate businesses. These terms apply to the company that subscribes and to every person who signs in under that subscription.
Accounts
Accounts are personal. Do not share your credentials. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must tell us promptly if you believe it has been used by someone else. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is compromised or is being used to break these terms.
Your data
The client records, listings and documents a subscribing company puts into CLIX remain that company’s property. We do not sell them, mine them for advertising, or use them to train models. We process them to run the service, and on that company’s instructions.
A subscribing company is responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the personal data of the clients it records, and for responding to those clients’ requests about it.
Acceptable use
You may not use CLIX to:
- store personal data you have no right to hold;
- send messages that break marketing or anti-spam law in the recipient’s country;
- attempt to reach another organisation’s data, or to probe the service for weaknesses without written permission;
- resell access, or operate the service on behalf of a third party, without agreement.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and to give notice before planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product develops. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will say so in advance.
Third-party connections
You may connect CLIX to services you control — a mail server, a property portal, a messaging provider. Those services have their own terms, and what they do with data you send them is between you and them. Credentials you supply are stored encrypted and used only to operate the connection you asked for.
Fees
Subscription fees, billing period and seat counts are set out in your order. Fees are payable in advance. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended after notice.
Ending the agreement
A subscribing company may stop using the service at the end of its current billing period. On termination we make its data available for export for a reasonable period and then delete it. An individual user may delete their own account at any time — see the privacy policy.
Liability
CLIX is provided without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
